As Saturn is one aspect of Satan/Lucifer, this prophesied boy -- Apollo/Apollyon/Abaddon/Osiris/Marduk/Nimrod -- is the son of Lucifer, and the hoped-for savior to lead mankind into a New Age.

Are we to believe that men as brilliant as Washington, Franklin, Adams, and Jefferson didn't know about this?

Further, it appears that 19th century occultists were aware of the Mayan calendar, which ends on or about 12/21/12, and added those symbols inside the Capitol of the United States.

Basically, Wells' idea was that a weapon so devastating that it threatened all life on Earth was just what the world needed to overcome the primitive concept of nationhood and local autonomy, and his beliefs have been transformed into reality over the last century.

Whether you believe that that world or that a single nation should be the controlling legal authority of the "superweapon", the end result is the same -- a one-world government. As Christians, we can't ignore the prophetic implications.

First, we talk with journalist Dr. Paul L. Williams, journalist, consultant, and author of a number of books on the threat posed by radical Islam, the most recent being The Day of Islam: The Annihilation of America and the Western World.

Dr. Williams, an American citizen, has been sued by McMaster University in Canada over his book The Dunces of Doomsday, in which he revealed potential terrorist threats from al-Qaeda affiliates at McMaster. The university is suing Williams for libel, demanding $4 million in punitive and aggregated damages.

Unlike American libel laws where the plaintiff must prove that what said about him is not true and was said in malice, Canadian libel laws, like the British, put the burden of proof on the defendant.

In the second half of the show, we talk with Jacob Segerman, the producer of the Waking Jonah podcast. Waking Jonah presents clips from other podcasts, such as Future Quake, Shatter the Darkness, Prewrath Radio Online, Alex Jones, and P.I.D. Radio.

In Iran, a homicide bomber killed 31 people in an attack on the country's Islamic Revolutionary Guards. Iran blames the US and the UK, which is to be expected, but we note that ABC's Brian Ross reported two years ago that the CIA was at the very least encouraging and advising Jundullah, the Al Qaeda-linked Sunni militant group that's claimed responsibility for the attack.

It's important to note that Jundullah was allegedly led at one time by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the mastermind of the 9/11 attacks. It's impossible to tell who's on whose side anymore -- and we should solve that problem by taking our fingers out of the Central Asian pie.

Susan was arrested in March of 2004 after she volunteered to testify before a blue ribbon commission on pre-war intelligence on Iraq. Lindauer approached two commission members, Trent Lott of Mississippi and John McCain of Arizona, with her offer of testimony about intelligence. It was after she made the offer to testify that she was arrested and charged.

Susan claims that her only crime was trying to persuade her cousin, Andy Card (then chief of staff to President Bush), that war against Iraq was inadvisable and unnecessary. She based her opinion on information she claims to have gathered as a liaison to the governments of Iraq and Libya while serving as an NOC (non-official cover) asset for the CIA and DIA.

She also claims that her CIA handler, Dr. Richard Fuisz, confirms information gathered from other sources -- Michael Riconosciuto, via Cheri Seymour's The Last Circle, and former DIA operative Lester K. Coleman in his book Trail of the Octopus (both links point to free online copies of the books) -- that points the finger at Iran and the Syrian-based Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine for the Pan Am 103 bombing.

Regardless of the charges, the fact that the government of the United States feels it can arrest and imprison American citizens without allowing a defense in open court should be a chilling reminder that it is later than you think.

Last year, Mike was blessed with the opportunity to speak before one of the many New Age groups that seeks to open portals to beings from the supernatural realm, the International Institute of Integral Human Sciences. They hope to integrate the inner (spiritual) self with the outer (physical) self. That is, of course, something we Christians know will happen someday anyway, but not the way the IIIHS or its affiliates expect.

Especially if they keep messing with interdimensional portals.

Casolaro was found dead in a hotel room in Martinsburg, West Virginia in August of 1991, his wrists slashed 10 to 12 times. His death was, of course, ruled a suicide.

Casolaro's story might have continued its slow fade into the dusty corners of conspiracy theory folklore, except that charges were filed this week against a Miami-based missionary to Honduras named Jimmy Hughes for the 1981 slayings of Fred Alvarez and two associates in Rancho Mirage, California. It is believed that Alvarez was killed to silence him before he could carry out a threat to exposure financial improprieties and other illegal activity on the Cabazon Indian reservation in Riverside County, California.

Incredibly, what happened on Cabazon land in the late '70s and early '80s reaches around the world and into the highest levels of the US government -- part of Casolaro's "Octopus". Central to the story, especially when he tells it, is the mysterious Michael Riconosciuto, now serving a 20-year sentence for production and distribution of meth.

Understanding "the Octopus" is like the old story of the blind men trying to comprehend their first encounter with an elephant: the parts you touch can appear to be completely different and totally unrelated. Running over the outlines of the case in about half an hour, we didn't even mention mainstream media reports -- published prior to 9/11 -- that FBI spy Robert Hanssen sold an upgraded version of PROMIS to Russia, which in turn sold it to Osama bin Laden. It's believed Al Qaeda used the software to penetrate databases and move funds between banks without being detected by US counterterror groups. A PROMIS derivative was also allegedly used by Chinese military intelligence to steal nuclear secrets from the Los Alamos and Sandia national laboratories.

So, like the Octopus, the tentacles extending from the modifications made by Michael Riconosciuto at the Cabazon reservation are many and far-reaching.

Leonard's contention is that evil in this world is being supernaturally directed toward the emergence of the Antichrist in the very near future, and that the time has come to resist evil as never before. Anyway, this was a week of speeches: President Obama to America's schoolchildren and to the U.S. Congress, some of whom, according to certain pundits, behaved like schoolchildren. While we sympathize with Rep. Joe Wilson (R-S.C.), we Christians have to recognize that the government is part of the enemy's domain, granted by God after the Tower of Babel incident (see View From the Bunker #8 with Dr. Mike Heiser).

Our weapons in this war are spiritual: prayer and fasting--not political action committees, Supreme Court justices, or guns. We need to avoid getting so caught up in the political discourse that we forget. In other words, follow God's will and avoid the internal server error.

The medical community will no doubt attribute the claims to schizophrenia or attempts to build a criminal defense by claiming insanity. But why do all of these reports involve voices urging people to commit acts of violence on others? Why don't these voices ever encourage people to love their neighbors, study hard and turn in homework assignments on time, or dress warmly and eat lots of vegetables?

Our belief is that at least some of these people really are hearing voices, and those voices aren't coming from beings loyal to God.
